

How do I sign up to the rewards programme?
You can become part of our new My Chippy rewards programme by downloading our new app and creating an account or signing up to our new online ordering system via order.mychippy.uk. All your rewards will be in one place, along with exclusive monthly rewards and birthday treats.
Please note that to receive all the offers and benefits of My Chippy you need to opt-in to marketing communications, or we will not be able to send you monthly coupons and discounts.
How do I earn rewards with My Chippy?

To start collecting rewards, simply create a My Chippy account and opt into marketing.

Online Purchases:
When you order online via order.mychippy.uk while logged into your account, your Chippy Points and stamps will be automatically added after checkout.

In-Store Purchases:

Open the My Chippy app on your phone and ensure you're signed in.

Go to the Account Page and tap Scan Card to display your unique barcode.

Present the barcode to a staff member at the till, and they’ll scan it to add any applicable points and rewards to your account.

You can also store your rewards card in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access - just present it at the till instead of opening the app.

How do the loyalty rewards work?
Every time that you make a purchase in-store or online you can earn rewards.
Chippy Points:

Earn 1 point for every £1 spent.

Earn 200 points and receive a £10 coupon to be redeemed.

Points are awarded based on the price of each individual product rounded to the nearest pound, not the final cost of all items combined at checkout. Points are rounded down from 49p and up from 50p on each item.

Points are not awarded on restaurant orders

Example 1: Customer orders 3 x Small Haddock @ £6.35 each and earns 18 points (3 x £6), despite the total basket spend being £19.05

Example 2: Customers orders 3 x 3 SFC & Free Chips @ £8.59 and earns 27 points (3 x £9), despite the total basket spend being £25.77
Stamps:

Earn a stamp for each transaction with a minimum spend of £10.

Collect 5 stamps and receive a coupon for 1 free regular portion of chips.

Stamps can be earned on orders in the restaurant
Once you hit a reward threshold – 200 chippy points/5 stamps – you will receive a rewards coupon. Coupons can be redeemed in-store and through our online ordering platform My Chippy. Coupons cannot be redeemed through any third-party aggregators such as Uber Eats. Coupons are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue.
The points reward coupon for £10 can be redeemed in the takeaway, online for collection and in our restaurant. It is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Coupons must be used within the 30-day validity period, once the validity period has passed, the coupon will automatically expire and cannot be reissued, reinstated, or redeemed under any circumstances.
The stamp reward coupon for a free regular portion of chips can be redeemed in the takeaway and online for collection but not in the restaurant. It is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Coupons must be used within the 30-day validity period, once the validity period has passed, the coupon will automatically expire and cannot be reissued, reinstated, or redeemed under any circumstances.

My order is for less than £10, what rewards will I receive?
If your order total comes to less that £10 you will receive Chippy Points on your order, but you will not receive a stamp. Stamps are only awarded on orders over £10.
What rewards will I receive if I sign up?
On sign-up you will receive a welcome coupon for a free portion of regular chips (when you spend £5). This coupon is single use, can be used any day at any time, and is valid for 30 days. It is not possible to use this coupon in our restaurant.
If you registered your birthday on sign-up and opted into marketing, you will also receive a 25% off coupon a week before your birthday. It will be valid for 2 weeks. It is not possible to use this coupon in our restaurant.
Members who opt-in to marketing may receive some additional coupons at various points in the year, these may vary by customer based on behaviour.
How do I order?
Visit order.mychippy.uk to place your order. Select Toff’s of Muswell Hill from the list of stores. Here, you can also access all your rewards and earn new ones!
I don’t use apps, can I still sign up?
Certainly! You can sign up to our reward programme, order, earn & redeem rewards through our website on your desktop at order.mychippy.uk

Can I use my coupons in store?
Yes, you can order in store and present your coupon barcode to the member of staff behind the till. Your coupons can also be used through click & collect at order.mychippy.uk
Can I use my coupons through Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo?
No, coupons can only be used through our own branded platforms.
Do the coupons have expiry dates?
Yes, each coupon has a validity period. Points and Stamp rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and birthday coupons are valid for 14 days. Other coupons, should they be issued, will have the specific expiry date note on them.
It is not possible to use a coupon after the expiry date and no time extensions can be given.

How do I redeem my coupons?

Open the My Chippy app and go to the Offers section.

Show your chosen coupon to the server.

They will scan your unique coupon barcode. If your basket meets the coupon criteria, the discount will be applied automatically.

When ordering via order.mychippy.uk, proceed to checkout.

In the cart, click Apply voucher or promo code and select your coupon from the dropdown menu.

Can I add my reward card to Apple/Google wallet?
Yes. Open the My Chippy app and go to the Offers section. Click Add to Apple/Google Wallet.
Will I collect rewards on click and collect orders?
Yes. If you are signed into your My Chippy account at time of ordering your rewards will automatically be added to your account.

What do I do if I forgot my password or delete my account?
Click on the Forgotten password link under the sign-in fields. Enter the email address associated with your My Chippy account. You will be sent an email with steps to set a new password.
On the App: Click on More and follow the link that says “Permanently Delete My Account”
From a Browser: Click on Profile from the dropdown menu and follow “Delete Account”
How do I check my rewards balance?
On The App: Click on Account.
From a Browser: Click on Chippy Points & Stamps from the dropdown menu.
Digital wallet: You can check points balance. Being able to check stamp balance is in development.

How do I use the app instore?
When you are at the till remember to open your app and show your rewards barcode, the team member will scan it and your points and stamps for that transaction will automatically be added to your account. Also remember to present any coupons that you wish to use. These can be found in the offer section of the app.
How can I access my coupons?
In the app: Open the offers section to view your coupons. These can be presented at the till instore. If ordering from the app add your chosen coupon when you view your cart (you may need to scroll down)Click Apply voucher or promo code and select your coupon from the dropdown menu.

Can I use more than one coupon in a single transaction?
No. It is only possible to use one single coupon or voucher per transaction.

Can I earn points whilst redeeming my coupons?
Yes, you can earn chippy points on all transactions, regardless of whether a coupon has been applied. However, transactions including coupons do not qualify for a stamp.
Can I use my coupons with other promotions or discounts?
You can only use one single coupon per transaction. It is possible to use a coupon or voucher on transaction that include a discounted item or meal deal from the menu.
Can I convert or swap any coupons?
Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash.
How do I update my account info?
It is possible to update your account information including your favourite store, name, email address, phone number, password and marketing settings if you click on the more section on the app or select the profile section from the dropdown menu on the website.
